Since the establishment of Sarathchandra Agencies in 1979, our journey has been one of determination, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the people and communities we serve. What began as a small business in Embilipitiya has grown over more than four decades into a diversified organisation with a strong presence across Sri Lanka.

Looking back on our journey, one of our significant milestones was the incorporation of Sarathchandra Agencies as a limited liability company in 2007. Today, with a dedicated workforce of approximately 400 employees and operations spanning multiple business sectors, I take great pride in how far we have come. However, I have always believed that the true measure of success is not merely the growth of a business, but the positive impact it creates on the lives of people.

From the very beginning, my vision has extended beyond building a successful organisation. I have always believed in creating opportunities, uplifting communities, and contributing towards the economic and social development of our region. Embilipitiya, where our journey first began, holds a special place in my heart. Witnessing its transformation and progress over the years has strengthened my commitment to contributing towards a more prosperous and sustainable future for our city and its people.

To me, business success and social responsibility must always go hand in hand. Supporting those in need, encouraging the younger generation, creating employment opportunities, and contributing to community well-being are values I hold close. I firmly believe that when people are given the opportunity to grow, communities prosper, and businesses become stronger as a result.

Throughout our journey, the trust and confidence placed in us by our customers, suppliers, business partners, and employees have remained the foundation of our success.
